Hello,

My name is Jeremy Self. I have been doing programming as a hobby for quite some time (since I was about 5), and attended school in Computer Science (and am still attending finishing up my degree). I work for a newspaper based company in Jersey City doing Django web development for a rather large platform.

I started doing Django development about four years ago, and Python development over 8 years ago. Finderweb.com has been through many incarnations and recently I've decided to start it back up as an information source for programming. Beyond Django and Python, I enjoy learning new languages and have recently been interested in Erlang. I've also been interested in a multitude of other languages and topics including OpenGL, GTK, Parallel Programming, AI, Server programming, and many others.
